licenses expired

When we try to access Data Adminstration in our Arcade server we get:
The license for the client executable has expired (4399)

Same message for all Progress executables. How do we upgrade our Progress license?

More info - this happens on our 'oldest' arcade server, originally set up in July 2011. On a newer server (just last month), no problems.
