Silent installation of webclient application (using prowcapc

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience of installing a webclient application silently?  Calling the following code triggers the installation, but it requires user interaction to confirm the installation (screenshot attached), so calling the command silently fails.

start c:\path\to\my\application.prowcapc 

Prerequisites 

• Windows 10
• Webclient 11.7 is pre-installed (we've already reversed engineered the installation using installshield and this is deployed silently OK 

I've read in some older forum posts that it is not possible, I'm hoping someone can help out.....
