Problem running setup after ransomware corruption

One of our clients lost their DR due to a Ransomware virus. They've cleaned up the server but now when I try to reinstall Progress I get this:

Setup.exe has stopped working.

Fixed - found some corrupted files in the archive. Re-downloaded and it's running ok.
