We use the Merant Datadirect v3.6 ODBC driver for Progress with an MS Access 97 database that is used by a VB 6 application. Our Progress database is version 8.3, but I think the driver does work with ver 7.x.

Bob:

I just down loaded the datadirect eval version to test it out. I am having some questions on creating the connection. Could you be able to help?

Version 7.3C is no longer supported. It also

happens top be an extremly dangerous version

with major database corruption bugs.

You have no choice but to upgrade immediatly

before the damage gets any worse.
