You need to be in enterprise version and at your database startup parameter (db.pf) file, juz enter

-spin n (n is the number of spins). If u have more than one or two processors, u can start with an initial value of 1000 (depends on ur system) otherwise if u have one processor, u can put

- spin 1 . Sometimes 1 spin can do a difference with 1 processor.
