On HP-UX11.0 trying to connect 91b database to
83d database. According to knowlegde base this
should be possible, but I get wrong version number
(44) db:1107 pro:1115 errors
When in the 91b database I am trying to connect to
the 88d database and get above errors

You might check the knowledgebase on this one,
you must connect using shared memory, in other words
with -H -N -S
