How to Restrict Access to Progress Editor

Hi

Kindly suggest the measures that can be taken to restrict access to progress

editor. I am using progress ver. 9.1B on AIX platform.

you can install "client networking" version, not "provision" version to client's

terminals so that clients can't use the development tools.

you can also restrict users by account and password when they connect to the

database.

There's also a client startup parameter (sorry - can't remember which one) that

stops your app dropping into the Procedure editor when you quit.
