Desperately trying to find the page to download Webspeed Messenger - what is the URL/page I need to go to - I cannot find it anywhere.

Scroll down to the Progress® Deployment Components section and see that you must register to have access to download the messenger components. Just grab a valid serial number and it's pretty easy.
