Installing 32 and 64 bit progress same machine

The issue is that from the OpenEdge perspective a 32 bit installation and a 64 bit installation  of the same version are the same. And since you can't have the same version installed twice this can't be done.

We are figuring out what we need to do now in a larger context of the entire installation process. This and other install improvements will be coming over the next several releases.

yes different version but not the same version.
