LIB OpenEdge.Net.pl requires Progress Full

Dears,

LIB OpenEdge.Net.pl requires Progress Full?
When executing procedure in editor, it returns error:
"Static instance loading failed. Can not reference the OpenEdge.Core.Assert class. (14631)", server without full version. Server with full version runs normally. All permissions are given in the folder. Could anyone help?

You need to ensure that those PL's from the OpenEdge install folder are in your propath

gui\OpenEdge.Core.pl or tty\OpenEdge.Core.pl

and

gui\netlib\OpenEdge.Net.pl or tty\netlib\OpenEdge.Net.pl
