I marked my original thread as answered, and I'm starting a new thread for this. Do you know what else should I look at why the same DLL is not properly loading in PDSOE 11.7 when it used to load in 11.6? Also re-adding the DLL using Add Assembly displays load error.
Also the dll loads properly when running the application.
Seems to be machine related. I installed 11.7 on another machine and that machine loaded the dll in PDSOE with no problem.
