After going through: https://knowledgebase.progress.com/articles/Article/P125146
I am getting the following error when running http://localhost/scripts/cgiip.exe?VerifyConfig&Level=1
WedSpeed error from messenger process
Error loading wsmsgp.dll, error -1
I have copied both cgiip.exe and wsmsgdp.dll (the last one for checking if that was the error) to scripts area.
What could be wrong? How to debug?
