Visual designer OE11.7

This sounds more like a problem with the work space than the OpenEdge installation.

Did you try to create a new work space?

Thank you for your  advice but it didn't help. In new work space is exactly the same problem.

Is there a toolbox.xml in your workspace root? Could you try to add one there, copying from another temporary/new workspace?

There is no toolbox.xml in workspace root directory  but there is one in project root directory. Below you can see its portion . I have copied it to worplace root directory but it hasn't helped.

Thank for your advice.

Are you migrating your project from earlier version to 11.7 by any chance?
