You do not give enough detail but I can tell how we do: we developped an Angular frontend and REST webservices using PASOE. You can also use Telerik Kendo UI AFAIK, and any other frontend framework. Webservices is one solution to expose your data, you can also use JSDO and surely lots of other solutions.
