Collapse All & Expand All on Progress Developer Studio

Hi Team,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this. I tried the below steps to set the Collapse All & Expand All but couldn't get this working. 

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + L twice

2. Searched for Collapse All and set my binding to Ctrl + Shift + /

Question is what should be my 'When' and 'Category' to get this working? Or should I follow different steps to get this done?

Please advise. Thanks!
