Pacific server on a production environment fails on startup

Hi!

Right now, we're trying to create a production server environment for testing purposes (before we set client's production server) on OpenEdge 11.6.3.

The problem is that when we try to start the created instance of oepas, we get the following error after a few seconds:

Inside the logs folder there is only this:

And inside of it, the only line is: 

292|PAS-oepas1-5791

After that I've tried to start the instance using the console command tcman start and I get this:

Is there any solution for this situation? I've tried multiple times to delete and create the instance but I get the same error.
