What does this number means in the clientlog file?

Here is a line from clientlog file

Invoke propGet_ReportBuilderJarName in be.mips.ablframework.shared.FrameworkConstants [LoadConfiguration - gp_jvm @ 145]

what does @ 145 means?

It is the line number from the debug-listing where that statement executed. The format of the 4GLTrace logging is explained in the Debugging and Troubleshooting book, under "ABL trace logging".

It seems not a line number in the .p or preprocessed .p file.

If anything, it would be the debug-listing.
