XML Query

10.2B08 Progress. 

I'm working on an xml document and come across something in the requirements I've not seen before. 

I'm using the x-document object to create the xml file and not sure how I'd go about generating the line. It's the x:ImportFile line below (and obviously the closing tag at the end). 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<x:ImportFile ExpID="GSKCH" xmlns:x="urn:IF2" SchemaNo"" ImportType="O">
<CustomerManifest>
</CustomerManifest>
</x:ImportFile>
