I am trying to install OpenEdge 11.6 classroom edition but whenever i am clicking "Setup" configuration file then one preparing setup file popup after then everything is closing automatically. nothing is happening. Please help.

Check the instruction guide for the install. It is a silent install that takes a long time after you answer the first question. As I understand it, you get little to no feedback while it is ongoing. Is the install behaving differently than discussed in the instructions?
I checked my version of Java and it was old. I updated it and then it installed fine. Note the install will run without asking you for anything. It was weird and I thought it crashed again but just left it running. Came back a few hours later and found it had installed. Would be nice for some kind of progress bar while it's installing.
