It will be great help if someone could please tell if there is any way to translate the data/text in progress database in Spanish language. I believe that the default code page for progress 11.5 is ISO-8859-1. This code page includes Spanish language. The progress documentations give information about changing a code page of database and then translating the data using dump and load, however do not tell anything about translation with in same code page.

If you are talking about translating the data from one language (e.g. Spanish) to another language (e.g. English), OpenEdge does not provide such a facility. You would need to contact a translation service for that.
