What products to open 4GL apps to SOAP WebServices?

Hi,

What products to open 4GL apps to SOAP WebServices? OE Studio or better OE Dev Studio?

Do I need also separate AppServer or AppServer in OE Studio is enough? Please help.

While developing an application, OE Studio has everything you need to create a OE web service using the WSA and AppServer.
 
When it comes time to deploy the application, you should probably check with pre-sales about the licenses needed.
