I got this Error when i am going to add username and password in Mobile App Builder.Please Help me for resolve this error. i configured proxy host is "localhost" and port is "8080" in Windows/Preferences/General/Network Connections/ and Active Provider is "Manual".
"org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connection to http://localhost:8080 refused"
When I am change Proxy port no as "80"... now "Bad Request" Error is comming....Please Help ..

I understand that you are trying to specify the username and password for the Mobile App Builder from Progress Developer Studio.
Were you prompted to change the proxy settings because an error? What error were you getting?
You would only need to configure a proxy if you cannot access the the Mobile App Builder due to your company's network configuration. The proxy to use would generally be a proxy provided by your network administrator.
(If you set the proxy to localhost:8080, it would fail with a "connection refused" unless you are running a proxy on your local machine.)
Are you able to connect to the Mobile App Builder directly from your web browser?

I am having the same problem. None of these URLs come up. I am able to sign on to Progress Communities and verified the credentials are correct. I tried disabling my Norton Internet Security. Same problem. OE Dev Studio 11.4.
