Developer Studio is no longer building Outline View

My Developer Studio environment just suddenly stops building the program Outline View. Even if it does, it seems to only build Properties and/or Events.

I checked the Outline view Filters and all options are selected.

Try unselecting stuff.  I believe the filter removes items from the outline, not show them.

Can you please un-check the elements in the Filter Preferences dialog. By default all the elements are deselected and in this scenario all code elements are shown properly in the Outline view.
 
 
If Outline do not show any specific code elements even after un-checking the elements in Filter Preferences dialog, please provide specific ABL class or procedure or .w code
