AppServer Broker config: jvmstartargs? (why not only jvmarg

Posted by slacroixak on 09-Jan-2015 03:39

Hi OE mates,

AppServer Broker or a Name Server config: wanted to use -Djavax.net.debug=ssl but found out we have apparently two properties for JVM arguments: jvmstartargs and jvmargs.  Why these two animals?

It seems jvmargs works, but I am intrigued about jvmstartargs and could not find any doc about it in omsrv.pdf or in KB.

Any hint?

/SL

jvmstartargs is for jvmStart binary which is a C to java wrapper.

if you want to pass up extra parameters to AS/WS/NS and other java brokers, you need (as you have) use jvmstart
