Hi friends, am new to progress dba. Could anyone send me the material for Progress DBA with all commands.

With all due respect, you should look at training, or at the very least some time with a consultant. Progress run a very good DBA Bootcamp course that I would recommend for someone in your position.

Or at least you can use the DBA documentation from Progress:
