Upgrade version from 9.1D to 11.3 and the image widget don´t work appropriately. The realize notes in product 11.3 said that in this version the problem is solved.
Any suggestion?
All known image bugs that appeared in 11.3 are fixed in 11.3.2 so, as Jean suggested, installing 11.3.2 may resolve your issue. If you describe the issue I may be able to tell you whether it is fixed in 11.3.2. Most of the problems involved the STRETCH-TO-FIT option.
Please open a case with Support.
If you haven't done it yet, you could also download the latest service pack but I can't guaranty it will resolve your issue.
