Hi,
I'd like to have a list of useful plugins for OpenEdge developers within PDSOE.
I'll start with a list of plugin's I have installed with a brief description of what it's used for.
Roundtable 11 http://www.tugboatsoftware.com/roundtable/eclipse/update11
SmartComponents Library http://download.consultingwerkcloud.com/update_site/smartcomponents/
AnyEdit http://andrei.gmxhome.de/eclipse/
Mylyn for Eclipse 3.7, 3.8 and 4.2 http://download.eclipse.org/mylyn/releases/latest
We use this together with our own CCE Mylyn Integration with our internal call (Modification request) system
certiv.net (NTail) http://www.certiv.net/updates
Subclipse 1.8.x Update Site http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.8.x
Mercurial plugin
Grep console http://eclipse.schedenig.name
Color /highlight console messages. Mark failed db connections in red. Once failed compiles
junginger.biz (ExplorFS) http://www.junginger.biz/eclipse/
Open resource using Microsoft explorer
I use the EclipseColorer for other language highlighting (bash, etc). colorer.sourceforge.net/eclipsecolorer .
AnyEdit +1 - space stripping and resource opening
Team Explorer Everywhere - for talking to Team Foundation Server.
I sometimes use InstaSearch (code.inf.unibz.it/.../instasearch) but have mixed results with it (sometimes you need to force a refresh of fhe cache). It mainly creates an index and allows you to search real fast in thousands of files.
Great to see the discussion continues here!
Thanks guys.
As Carl mentioned the SmartComponent Library plugin...
That plugin is primarily designed for customers of the SmartComponent Library framework. However it may be useful for other GUI for .NET developers using custom Form base classes in the Visual Designer. The plugin extends the new ABL Form and new ABL UserControl wizards in the Visual Designer with the ability to use predefined custom Form/UserControl base classes.

Please understand, that we can only provide support to customers of the SmartComponent Library that are on active maintenance ;-)
