Hi Balaji,

Progress has the capability of integrating a a third party Calendar ActiveX or .NET control that implements a calendar.   For help in identifying what language elements help you do that, please log a case with Progress Technical Support.

The easiest way in ABL to achieve this is to use the DATE() function to get the 1st of March, and decrement by a day. The AVM does all the hard work for you.
 
Take a look at the DATE() and ADD-INTERVAL() functions.
