Help Samples in PDSOE

Hi.

OE 11.3.1.

Is anyone else having issues opening the Samples help page?

When I choose Help > Samples my session either freezes with a half-drawn screen or goes to a blank page. Eventually a java "out of memory" error occurs" after sitting there for a bit.

There were some issues reported with the links. We are currently looking into it.
