[adm2-dev] Getting installation options for WebClient

Posted by LegacyUser on 25-Feb-2002 08:16

Hello all,

I would like to know how I can get installation options of the WebClient.

What I would be especially interested in is:

- Installation directory of executable (%DLC%)

- Current version of the webclient

- Current version of the application

I suppose I could interrogate the registry, but don't know which keys to

examine.

Best regards,

Wim

Wim,

Have you checked Progress on the Web, Chapter 7?

In addition there are a few Knowledgebase entries that could help you. Try search by words 'webclient registry'

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Salvador
