I am still trying on POSSE Dynamics (and I like it more and more) :-).
I have 2 questions I hope somebody helps me with:
1) Is there any documentation on how Dynamics handles record statuses (functional specification)? Where can I read about it? I tried to quess looking at different options in Dynamics Administration / Development, but nothing works really. I mean I do not know if it works or not, because of no knowledge on how it is ment to work.
2) The same question as above, but about record comments - this works very fine, but I cannot make the 'Autodisplay' option to work. Are there any docs on that? How it is ment to work?

Hi Andrezej,
All the docs for all the projects can be found at docs.possenet.org.
Record status are related to the original record via the object ids.
Your database has to support these in order for it to work.
Second, the comments 'should' auto display. Make sure that you have a
toolbar link between your toolbar for and the browser. Example: Using
the container builder open up one of the other windows (from the
administration menu) and look at how the links are setup on those windows.

We'd certainly be interested in taking advantage of the Dynamics Status (and
Category) support. However, I haven't found any documentation other than the
Category Maintenance functional specification on Posse. This spec doesn't go
into enough detail for me to feel happy that I'm using this feature in the
way it was intended to be used.
The Browse function, Status, does not appear to be implemented either. Which
makes it more difficult to get a handle on this.
Is this feature intended to be used, and if so could someone point me in the
direction of some more detailed documentation/examples?

Hi.
Record status handling, not yet implemented as some people think it is, is a
part of issue 2935, which is still quite new.
I found out on IZ that it was assigned to Peter Judge, with no target
specified yet. I hope we will hear something on the issue from himself?
