Dynamic Property Sheet Functional Specification

Describes the new Dynamic Property Sheet that is integrated in the
AppBuilder, new Container Builder, and the Menu and Toolbar Designer
tools. The Dynamic property sheet allows you to: assign default and
custom attributes and events to dynamic objects; define UI events for
building web applications; specify design-time customizations; and
minimize your use of the Repository Object Maintenance tool for editing
properties.
