How do I change the view-as default of a data field either globally or in a
specific frame? I do not want to change the database view-as information.

Hi Freddy,
The value of the VisualizatioType attribute is equivalent to the view-as
phrase.

I had tried that, but first I had not saved it when I thought I had. Second
it does not refresh on the screen until you close and the open the viewer
again.

If you have the viewer open in the AppBuilder then you can use the Properties
Window (from the AppBuilder's Window menu) to change the visualization type.
Just click on the object in the viewer that you want to change and then use the
"type" field in the Properties Window to change it.

Tom

I found that the best way is to create a toggle box widget and then tie it
to the database field in question.
