I have a little problem with setting up my development environment. I
downloaded the V2.0 (Baseline 3) zip file with CVS files and unpacked the
zip file to the src dir. With winCVS I updated the files with this command:
cvs checkout -P -r HEAD posseall
The df file for the ICF database is in src/icf/db/icf/dfd, but there is no
df file for the rv database, which I expected to find in src/icf/db/rv/dfd.
Did I forget to download something with CVS?
