Control sobre botones del SmartPanel

Hola a todos, alguien podría explicarme cómo puedo deshabilitar los botones de un SmartPanel al iniciar mi programa para después según el ingreso de algunos campos activarlos o que continuen su programación estandar.

Estoy utilizando Progress V9.1D.
