Create Extent in the Database without proshut

Friends,

Somebody know how can I create Extents in the Database without make "proshut" of database?

The company works 24X7.

Progress Database Version 9.1D and Linux 2.4.9

You need at least one proshut to update to 10.1B.

Then you can prostrct addonline.
