Dynamics Deployment Automation tool

Hi,

After having installed OpenEdge 10.1B I see that the Dynamics code tree has been extended with a number of new procedures that all relate to a so-called Deployment Automation tool. Is this operational already and if it is, where can I find documentation for it for I have not been able to find it in the documentation set? Is there going to be a white paper on the topic?

Hi Robbert,

The Deployment Automation stuff was added to 10.1B to help with automating a Dynamics deployment (although it'll work for any deployment, I think). It was added as foundational work (although it is functional), so there's no doc yet.

I am working on getting some further information for you.

Thanks for your answer. I am eagerly waiting for your information (possibly some documentation?). Maybe I can help test the tool in a our Dynamics application environment.
