A note about your Progress Version and a stack track of the message might help.
browser.p in 10.1B03 does not have a function hasAddress so I assume it's either an older version of the ADM2 or some customization. In case of customizations, it's very often the case of a missing IN TARGETPROCEDURE like RUN ... IN TARGET-PROCEDURE or DYNAMIC-FUNCTION ("..." IN TARGET-PROCEDURE) that causes these issues.
The problem is that a RUN or DYNAMIC-FUNCTION from one super-procedure requires the IN TARGET-PROCEDURE to maintain the super-procedure stack. The super-procedures don't have super-procedures theirselves.
