I have experienced troubles when trying to run a Dynamics 1.1ASP3
application through an authenticated proxy, using a
WebClient-Webserver-AIA-Appserver configuration. The same application and
configuration work fine over connections without proxy, or with
non-authenticated proxy, but won't run over an authenticated proxy. In the
latter case, the application aborts before the login window appears,
indicating Progress error 9328 and status code 407. HTTP status code 407
states that the client MUST first authenticate itself with the proxy.
I would appreciate any comments/suggestions...

I am aware that this is a very old thread, but have you found a solution?
I am having a similar problem trying to access a webservice through an authenticated proxy from OE10.1c02.
I can supply Userid and password, but not the domain.
Proxy-Authorization ends up as basic in stead of Negotiate.
