You will probably need to look around for other Cyrillic code pages and compare them and see if you can find one that is equivalent or where at least there are no conflicts in the actual data which you currently have. Windows 28595 (ISO 8859-5) http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/iso/28595.mspx might be one possibility, but I don't know which Cyrillic fonts PSC supports. If no one chips in here with the right page, you might try Tex Texan at http://www.i18nguy.com/unicode/codepages.html
