OEA 10.1C01 and Eclipse 3.3

Hi.

Has anyone gotten OEA 10.1C01 to work with Eclipse 3.3? I was told that this should work, but I am not having any luck.

I am not copying the plug-ins to my 3.3 directory, but adding as an extension via the 'Product Configuration' UI. The status does not indicate any errors, however none of the OEA perspectives are available.

Hi Jeff,

I've had 10.1C01 running with E3.3.0 but also E3.3.1. I also know they work with OE10.1B03. One thing to ensure is that you get the correct version of GEF and EMF to match your Eclipse environment - for E3.3.0 you need EMF 2.3.0 and GEF 3.3.0. For E3.3.1 you need EMF 2.3.1 and GEF 3.3.1.

I personally use link files to configure the Eclipse environment to point to OEIDE but Product Configuration should work.

Are you getting any load errors in Help -> About Eclipse SDK -> Configuration Details -> View Error Log?

Assume you have tried -clean on any workspace etc.

I am now on E3.4 successfully with 10.1C01 - perhaps you could try updating to it.
