In the App Builder perspective of OEA how do you create a new trigger for a widget?
I can edit the existing ones but I can't see to find how to add a new one.

In the AppBuilder menu, Edit -> Insert -> Trigger.
You'll recognize the well known dialog...

From my last evaluation (pre SP1) I decided that OEA wasn't really useable because it toko over an hour to not open a certain file.
Seems that SP1 has seen some good improvements.
