architect and webspeed

hi..

i just want to know..normally we use appbuilder for webspeed application development..

my question is can i do a design and code using openedge architect for web-based implementation??

I'm using OEA for developing web apps. I don't know about appbuilder though...

There's html -syntax tools for Eclipse but I haven't tried them, I'm using other programs for the web-UI design.

do you have any source to refer to do web implementation using OEA?? i already search on net, but couldn't find any source that i can use to do web implementation..
