UltraGrid being placed in Non-visual control area

I added an ultraGrid to my form and it is being added to the non-visual elements section. Anyone else seen this problem before?

What version/service pack are you using? And also, is it a vanilla UltraGrid, or a customised version (inherited/user control)?

10.2A02 and it is a "vanilla" ultraGrid
