Hi Madhavi,

Following error message is shown when the Mobile App Builder (mobile.progress.com) is down for maintenance.

Now the site (mobile.progress.com) is up and running. Can you please try accessing the same again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks and Regards,

Anil Kumar.

Hi Anil,

Thank you for your response. I am still getting this error. I am able to successfully connect and login to the site from browser when I click on Mobile App Builder Dashborad hyperlink .

Thanks,

Hi Madhavi,

Which version of PDS OE are you using?

Do you have proxy server configured in your system/organization?

If you are in 11.2 PDS OE and have proxy configured then we have an issue in 11.2 version of PDS OE where in connecting  to mobile.progress.com fails in the case of Proxy server (i.e., when a  proxy server is used in our system which acts like an interface  for our system to internet, thus trying to connect Mobile App builder  from PDSOE environment results in connection failure error). However,  this is resolved in 11.2.1 and 11.3 versions of PDS OE

If you are not in 11.2 version as a quick test can you please try to restart PDS OE (Progress Developer Studio for OpenEdge) and check the same.

Thanks and Regards,

Anil Kumar.

Hi Anil,

Thank you for your reply. My issue is resolved. I changed Active Provider to "Manual" under Network Connections and did proxy settings. It worked. Previously it was "Native".

Thanks,

Madhavi V.
