I don't know how to make Apache Tomcat(5.5.9.) to understand and work properly with CGIIP Messenger :cgii.exe? What should I change in config ?
Now I have 404-error when i try to open in IE this url:
http://localhost/scripts/cgiip.exe/WService=wsbroker1/webutil/ping.p
(broker is alive and is working correctly)

Are you sure that you want to use Apache Tomcat? WebSpeed is normally deployed with a Web Server (eg. IIS or Apache), not a Servlet Engine (eg. Apache Tomcat). Tomcat does indeed have a very simple Web Server built in, but that's only to make things easy to test - it's not recommended for production environments.
Try with either IIS or Apache and let us know how you go.
