I'm running Webspeed 10.1C patch 3 on Windows Server 2003. From the Webtools OS Command I'm able run a batch file. I fully qualify the batch file name. When I try to run it from a CGI wrapper program it does not work. When I run the batch job as a Windows scheduled task it works fine.
This CGI wrapper program/batch file used to work in WebSpeed 9.1E on Windows Server 2003.
I am able to run command line executable programs using the os-command; however, the batch file does not run.
Is this a Webspeed 10.1C problem or a Window's permission problem?
