You say you have wsisa.dll in place, but the URL on that screenshot uses cgiip.exe as the messenger. Check if cgiip.exe is also in the scripts directory or try to use wsias.dll as the messenger.

yes both cgiip.exe and wsis.dll are in same folder C:\Inetpub\Scripts

why is it not working? what is/are the usual problem if my worksop does not show up?

WebServer configuration, webserver not running, personal firewalls, etc.

Can you access any other document from that web server?

Check that you have the correct permissions set up on the scripts folder so it allows the execution of scripts.

where exactly will i check and correct my permisiions for my web scripts?

I remember during installation of Provision Plus:

  • Destination Directory is located at c:\progv91c
  • Working Directory is at  c:\Progress\wrk

While the Webspeed Transaction Server:

  • Destination Directory is located at c:\progv91c
  • Working Directory is at  c:\Progress\wrk
  • Webserver Script Directory is located at c:\webscripts
  • WEb Server script Directory is located at c:\inetpub\wwwrooots

your help is much appreciated
