  Hi Guys,

               I wants to develop an android apps but I only know HTML, javascript and progress technology and don't have any idea about java technology.

               So can we make android apps using html, js with progress as backend.

               If anyone have any idea about this please suggest me.Your suggestions and replys may help me to resist wrong step for this.

I would not call that apps. For me an app is something that is installed on the device.

But you can certainly use WebSpeed to develop html/CSS/JavaScript based web applications specialized for Android devices. I'm not too sure about Android, but for iOS there are also vendors and open source projects for specialized AJAX components, apple has a html/CSS based SDK for building optimized web applications for iPhones.

I would be surprised if there. Is not such a thing for Android.

However, a browser based application/website might not give the user the same kind of user interface as a native (installed) app can do. A lot depends on the use case.
