The scroll mouse doesn't work with Progress and XP.
In the system knowledge base is advised to install the Logitech first wheel mouse driver and have the "Use MS Office compatible scroll only" unchecked.
After doing this it still doesn't work.
With Operatingsystem W98 there are no problems !
You could also use a application called FreeWheel, it's not being developed anymore. But still works on all os'. http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/2060/freewheel.html
